Must Try Recipes

Not being able to prepare your own meals forces you to rely more on takeout and restaurants. But while you’re doing that, you might start wondering if there’s a way to save money without sacrificing convenience, given how pricey restaurant meals can be. Lucky for you, we are here to help!

This article will review six easy baking recipes that don’t require much effort. In fact, you won’t need a stove or oven to craft them. Let’s get started!

1. Baked Potatoes

  • One peeled-off potato
  • One tablespoon of cooking oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Two bacon slices
  • ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • Chive to serve
  • Sour cream to serve

  1. Use a fork to make tiny holes in a potato and rub some salt and oil over it.
  2. Put the potato and two bacon slices on a plate and microwave for 10 minutes (until the bacon is crunchy and the potato turns soft).
  3. Make sure not to burn the bacon. Crush the bacon once it has cooled off. Cut the potato into your preferred sizes and crumble it using a fork.
  4. Top it with grated cheese and microwave again for 30 seconds.
  5. Serve with topped sour cream, crushed bacon, and chives.

2. Five-Minute Cheesecake

  3. Press the crushed graham crackers in ramekin into an even layer using a spoon.
  4. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla essence in another bowl and stir until even. Roll out the mixture over the graham crackers crust.
  5. Microwave the ramekin with the mixture for four minutes, 45 seconds at half power. Ensure that the top layer doesn’t bubble up.
  6. Cool it down in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Slack the sides of the cheesecake with a knife and put it out on the plate.
  7. Top with a few raspberries or strawberries.
